We wish to develop candidates with the following traits and educational background who, in a span of time could assume the responsibility of Technical Manager. Ideal Candidates should be Degree Holders (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering), Age: 25 to 35 years, pleasing & outgoing personality with a flair for marketing, self motivated, positive approach, right attitude and team player. 2. SALES EXECUTIVE - TECHNICAL Ideal Candidates should be GCE AL, NDT, HNDE, City & Guilds, Marine (Dip. From a recognised Institute), JTO, Age: 25 to 35 years, pleasing & outgoing personality with a flair for marketing, self motivated, positive approach, right attitude and team player. Job Description for 1 & 2 above: To effectively market the Company’s range of products in Sri Lanka (initially in the Western and Central Province) against volume and profit margin targets. The candidate must be capable of offering on the spot technical services and solutions insofar as lubricants and lubrication is concerned and impart training to customers. Should be able to collate and analyse market information on competitor’s activities, determine the size of the market - area/product wise, segment the market, and focus on growing industries. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years field experience. 3. EXECUTIVE TRAINEES – TECHNICAL. School Leavers with minimum GCE OL (with subjects – English, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics) Age: 18 and above. General - For All the Above Positions: Languages: Written and Spoken: Excellent command of the English language and/or Sinhalese/Tamil. Other Traits: A strong analytical ability and capability not just to meet but exceed profit and volume objectives. Qualifications on Marketing, Power of Expression and Experience.
